The X|Fit Program is Both Easy to Start and Incredibly Effective.

X|Fit was designed specifically for our CrossFit gyms and now hundreds of our members are experiencing the great coaching, great facilities and great community that our CrossFit members have been experiencing for years. At its core, the X|Fit workout will produce increased muscle Endurance, Strength, Power, and if desired, tremendous weight loss.

  • What to Expect in an X|Fit Session

    The X|FIT training sessions are 50 minute, coach-led, high-energy, high-intensity, interval running, rowing and functional weight/resistance training sessions. Classes are held in a supportive group setting. Each class features a series of easy to understand stations that highlight different movements. All fitness levels are welcome. X|Fit is specifically designed for everyone, from couch potatoes to elite performance athletes and are open to all adults and teens, ages 16 and older.   • Why Choose X|Fit? It’s Science!

    The science shows that maximum results are achieved by working at relatively high intensity. In scientific terms, X|FIT programming is applying a stimulus of high-intensity training. This stimulus elicits physical, mental and neurological adaptation (change), otherwise known as improved fitness. Results come faster and are more significant than typical low-intensity training like jogging, elliptical training, and machine based circuit weight training. These activities simply don’t stimulate much adaptation, therefore the results are slow and improvements virtually non-existent. We also know that the best fitness program is the one that you will do, so making it fun and easy to follow was just as important as the science behind accelerated results.

    X|Fit participants enjoy a fun, high-intensity, community-based Metabolic Conditioning training, without the complexity of gymnastics and Olympic lifting that is incorporated into CrossFit. While we believe that CrossFit is scalable for everyone and has transformed the way people think about fitness and health we also understand the hesitation many people have about jumping into a CrossFit program. We have identified what we call the “CrossFit Intimidation Factors” and set out to build a program that removes them. X|Fit is the result.
