We believe everyone should have access to a personal coach or Personal Trainer, even if it’s only once per month. At any of our XLR8 Athletix facilities you have the option to train one-on-one with a personal coach for 30-min or 60-min sessions. You can choose to train alone, with a partner or in a small group setting.
